FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

All orders ship free with tracked air shipping.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days after shipping. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery can take a little longer.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

 

TRACKING

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after your order ships.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Any customs fees, duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. For most orders to the United States and Canada, no extra fees apply.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll resend it for free or issue a full refund.
